office management is horrible and if you're late they will continue to bill you everyday and will not let you pay your rent until the whole balance is paid then they will eventually evict you after being late one month.
Today I woke up and they towed my vehicle, I already had my vehicle added about a month ago.
RecommendedJenna at the club house has been the best help with questions and forms! She is so incredibly patient and kind and has made our experience of apartment hunting pretty awesome!
I recommend it here for the price. Cheapest and best deal in the Austin area. However, my husband and I are only in this complex while we wait on a house being built. Safe enough, but just keep in mind that the complex is upwards of almost 20 years old. Even with renovations (ours was a newly renovated apartment) it’s still an apartment and still an apartment complex. I have enjoyed my three years here, moving to a larger apartment when it became available.
They have beautiful renovations that really add some class to the complex! Everything was new in my apartment and the maintenance team is awesome!!
