Management changed recently and not once has any of the new staff members come up to me or my wife to introduce themselves. Every time we go into the lobby to play pool, we feel completely ignored. Add to that, I went to pick up an important package today when hours are supposed to be 10-7pm, and it turns out they were closed. No heads up of any hour changes and now I have to wait until the weekend to get my package because I don't ever get home before 6. Incredible community with excellent amenities and features! Office staff has been fantastic in getting me settled and taken care of quickly! Great experience thus far!
This is a place to live and enjoy come over a meet all the office staff are very sweet and helpful soon we have a shops open for different tastes ;) I love this place so much <3
