You can find better for a lot cheaper. This place with nickel and dime you to death.
Fix the shitty landscaping and replace the wood bark and mulch. For god sake it looks like the face of the moon in most spots with the irrigation lines exposed. And please figure out a way to get some of these lazy ass residents to pick up after their dogs. I mean you know who some of them are with the ground level patios that are fenced in with dog shit all over the ground in it. I've lived at Lakeside for almost 2 years. There was definitely a period of transition that caused frustration for people as Lakeside moved from Elan to Nexus and the management changed with it, but I have been SO happy dealing with the Nexus management (specifically Krista and Sloan) over these past few weeks, they are so friendly and willing to help and answer all of my calls, emails and messages. Plus, there are just so many amenities available in and around the complex, to me, you just can't beat it!
Fabulous place to live and play. The nexus team provides excellent customer service. They just opened a dog park for the furry residents🐶 A market to open soon. And we have our own personal walking path and deck overlooking lake Grapevine. Bountiful amenities, retail and even a movie theater. Why live or play anywhere else😀
Great place to live. Our garage door was damaged on a Sunday and someone came right out to repair it. They are always quick to respond when needed and are very helpful!
