I have been here 2 years and enjoy it greatly!!! The only problem I have seen it's gates being left open and tne new maintenance is in the process of trying to figure the problem out!! For the most part my living here has been great! I have had great customer service from old and new staff and any time I have put a work order it it has been fixed the next day. I truly find this place to be great.
An apartment was breached and ransacked multiple times and it was most likely due to the fact that the maintenance crew was the one that was responsible. The management company wants to charge two months rent in order to move out versus having morals and protecting their tenant. Sometimes it's not about making a buck. Sometimes we just need to do the right thing. Shame on the management and staff!
I am not sure why people always post such hateful things! I waited to see what management was like before jumping to put a crazy review because now I have taken the time to see and know the new management is putting in a lot of effort and it shows!!!!!! It will take time to correct all the neglect from Greystar but am happy the new company is making it a priority. the new restaurants feel like living in the Shops at Legacy but without the crazier price and extreme traffic, this is a good mix of everything with walking distan... read more

Living at Lakeside is wonderful. I am so blessed to have found a community of fun-loving people and beautiful surroundings. I expect great things from the new management and owners. This is a community that expects excellence in every aspect of living. The gym and pool and common areas are first class. Enjoy the high life- live and play at Lakeside!!
