I am not understanding how this company gets less than five stars. These are one of the friendliest and most caring group of people I have come across. The sincerity of the employees show when you talk to them or see them in person. I would recommend New Washington Land to everyone who is looking for a property management company in Washington DC.
I would give TNWLC more than five stars if I could. This company has made my new home on 14th St. a great place to live! Thank you for everything that you guys do.
Every time I come in to New Wash Land office to pay my condo fee, the employees are so friendly and cheerful. It really looks like they are happy to be there, which is indicative on the company itself. I have nothing but good things to say about this property management company. Too bad I sold my unit; I don't get to see them any longer.
DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT IF NWLC IS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER. We rented a ground unit in the Cairo managed by NWLC (Lisa) and though we have a lot of complaints (including Lisa's non-responsiveness), the two most important resulted in us getting a rent concession because Lisa ignored our maintenance request emails for hot water (for showering!) in the middle of winter for nearly 2 months.
