First the office staff was very rude and unprofessional. Then in the room with the doctor he seemed more concerned about his phone and what was going on with his family versus listening to our concerns with my daughter. Then after expressing what happened with his office staff, he calls up to the front and starts yelling at them in front of us. They also made an appointment for my daughter without telling me and when we don’t show up get charged for a no show fee for an appointment I did not even make. Would not recommend th... read more

Business response:

Doctor's have personal lives and I apologize with what might have been going on that day. Nothwistanding an emergency, I tend not to even have my mobile phone with me and my personal/social life suffers as I don't get back to non work related matters typically. Something might have been going on that day. I don't recall yelling but raising my voice on occasion as staffing has been an issue.Day in and day out dealing with difficult patients and staff can be tough on doctors and we are human.

I wonder sometime if this man is even human. He's on another level but yet he's still really cool and down to earth. Probably the coolest doctor I've ever met..no...I'm pretty sure he's the coolest i have met and besides the serious stuff he's funny and I always look forward to going to see him.We went through a long visit on my first visit. I've seen probably too many psychiatrists to count as far as I can remember..maybe 6 or so years old. He's the first psychiatrist that seemed like a normal person but he was able to fix ... read more

My first appointment with Dr. Warner was about six months ago and I've seen him about 4 times. I've never ever had a doctor to sit down with me like a real person and just talked to me one on one and man to man like that. He seemed to really want to know what was going on and I left my first visit feeling like there was some hope for me after all. Sure enough after being on all sorts of medication and being apparently misdiagnosed with regular depression and Dr. Warner figured out that I actually have a touch of bipolar and ... read more

Dr. Warner is the best!!! I had TMS treatment and he explained everything from the start and I felt better after the first week. It's the best decision I've ever made in going to see Dr. Warner after years of all sorts of medications and feeling not much better. Dr. Warner was pleasant and seemed that he genuinely cared about my condition and all I felt was a slight headache for a day or so with the tapping from the TMS machine. By the end of treatment I felt like better than I've ever felt. I guess I've been depressed all m... read more

Dr. Warner really really knows his stuff. He has had some staff issues over the years but as a supervisor myself..good help is hard to find. If you want to be coddled or sugar coated he is not the doctor for you. If you want to be diagnosed correctly and get to feeling like your old self then he is the one. I recommend all my friends, family, co-workers to see him and their kids.

Dr. Warner takes time to get to know his patients in order to provide the best treatment that will work. He is patient and listens to each and every issue you are experiencing in order to know how to go forward with care. Thank you Dr. Warner for helping me and knowing that no matter one’s employment or career status, we too need people like you to listen and provide the best treatment possible. Secret has also been very attentive and responds timely whenever I have questions.

Business response:

We are pleased that you have had a positive experience within our practice. It has been a pleasure serving you.

Average wait time on this site says 10-15 min... I've been in this waiting room for 2 hours and counting. This has happened more than once. If I didn't love Julie the NP, there's no chance I'd put up with this.

Business response:

We do value the patient's time. Julie is an excellent Advanced Practitioner. Her wait times can be a bit long as her style of practice can be a bit time consuming regardless of how many or how few patients are in her schedule. Timeliness is an issue for me as I do value the patient's time and unlike some practices in the area we do not take walk ins , however, psychiatric emergencies do arise from time to time, although rare.

Dr Warner was the only psychologist to diagnosis and treat my illness with out throwing random pills at me. He is kind and real and fun to talk with and makes it to where it is the only appointment I look forward to going to. I have referred My family and friends to him and I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services.

Business response:

It has been a pleasure serving you Amy. You should give yourself credit as you have always listened to instructions and you have followed your tailored treatment plan meticulously and you have done well having done so.

I left a pervious very positive review and not a lot has changed I like dr Warner but they could definitely improve on the wait time when you call the office. Staff is a bit scattered at times. The dr. Jumps on his staff in front of patients! He definitely needs to work on how he treats his staff! Also the fee for missed appts! I called and canceled an appt and the mAin office lady I can’t remember her name but she’s the one I spoke with to cancel it then I get a bill for a missed appt !!!
