I have been searching for a Biogel Certified salon since moving to the Bay Area . The salon carries the lines and delivers with the unique application technique. Winning with Dao!
I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and had to wait for 50 minutes and finally they canceled the appointment because my technician was not there.
A day before the appointment they called me 3 times and changed the appointment 3 times. My appointment was at 3.45 and after waiting until 5 pm they told me that I have to wait for someone else who will be back later. I would never recommend this place specifically if your time is valuable
The quality of service here is mediocre at best. The salon is run by an owner who clearly doesn’t care whether you’re happy with the results or not. If you express any dissatisfaction, don’t expect an apology or an attempt to make things right — instead, be ready for open rudeness. She has no problem dismissing customers in the most unprofessional way imaginable. If you value respect and decent service, you’re far better off taking your business elsewhere.
Absolutely loved my experience at this place. I hardly ever get my nails done, so my cuticles were pretty long, and were strongly adhered to my nails. The technician spent extra time on me to make sure that she completely cleaned and prepped the nails so that the gel would stick and not end up peeling off (a problem I have had in the past with a less attentive nail tech).
