The quality of service here is mediocre at best. The salon is run by an owner who clearly doesn’t care whether you’re happy with the results or not. If you express any dissatisfaction, don’t expect an apology or an attempt to make things right — instead, be ready for open rudeness. She has no problem dismissing customers in the most unprofessional way imaginable. If you value respect and decent service, you’re far better off taking your business elsewhere.

Absolutely loved my experience at this place. I hardly ever get my nails done, so my cuticles were pretty long, and were strongly adhered to my nails. The technician spent extra time on me to make sure that she completely cleaned and prepped the nails so that the gel would stick and not end up peeling off (a problem I have had in the past with a less attentive nail tech). I recently visited for the first time to get Gel nails for a vacation, spending $100.00 on the service. Unfortunately, my nails broke and bent just four days after getting them done. Gel nails are supposed to last a few weeks, and I have never experienced my nails bending before. The selection of colors was limited. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the salon owner became very aggressive. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality, as I feel that my $100.00 was wasted.
