came in yesterday for a gel toe polish change after my original polish chipped off. told the front desk girl it was just a toe polish change. The lady that came to do it was very nice, but she was doing a bunch of extra stuff to my feet but not enough by far to call it a pedicure. when I was done 20 min later, she charged me $60 for a pedi with gel polish. I was shocked. If that was a pedi it explains the 3.7 review status.

I’ve given this nail salon three chances, and each experience has been disappointing. The dip polish is always chunky and uneven, the color fades quickly, and the nail shape is never what I asked for. I requested an almond shape but ended up with something completely different. I went back once to have them fixed, the owner insisted I show a receipt and shamed me in front of everyone. I made an appointment and it still took forever to get a pedicure. I sat and waited about 15 minutes to be seated. I then sat for a long time in the pedicure chair, just sitting. The pedicure itself was very short and not thorough. The lady walked away before painting so I was again left just sitting, waiting. I was hoping this might be my new salon but alas, the search continues.

I have been going to this salon for years and have been consistently impressed with Sam and Willis. This last time I went to the salon, a tech I haven’t had before did my nails. I asked for an oval shape and shorter nails than what I walked in with and walked out with the nails pictured… nearly all are crooked, uneven, and my dad even looked at them and had some remarks.
