Food was very good and it was about a 45 minute wait. I will be coming back for sure! (When things calm down a bit!)
While the food was delicious and hot when we received it, it took an hr from the time we ordered. The waitress had to go back for the missing drinks. Once we opened the bag, there were no napkins or straws. I'm sure these things can be fixed given time. We will be back. The food was that great!!

Food was excellent, service was very slow, we got our drinks and then food 30 minutes apart. The girls really need to learn how to operate their iPads because if you try swapping or subbing your bill will be screwed up. Overall good experience will return at later date for another go round.
Tried it twice in two days. The first time I waited an extremely long time and no server, so I left. The second day I went inside and placed my order then waited another extremely long time for my food, which really wasn't worth waiting for. If I had not already paid, I would have left that time, too. Maybe I'll give it another try..... next year.

yeah honestly we built this thing to do twice the business that the old one did and we are doing over 5 times that forecast. We'll get it worked out. :-)

How could they change the look of the Old Frosty Mug to that. That doesn't look like part of Greenfield.

Sorry you don't like the new look. The old building was a wreck :-) When we bought it we had no intention of remodeling to the extent that we did...but there was no salvaging it. And believe it or not, the A&W people own a trademark on the distinctive roof LOL So we changed it to a more traditional one. I kind of like it :-)
Brand new so definitely some bugs to work out. But sooooo yummy and worth the drive. They do run out of things so go early or be flexible! But hey, that's what happens when you're popular. ;) We'll be back for sure.
