This guy has eaten at every restaurant in Greenfield (with the exception of a newer bbq place), and hands down this is the best food this town has to offer. The burger was phenomenal. And bacon wrapped Apple's, holy crap that's genius, and oh my God amazingly tasty. Cost wise, you get what you pay for. Food wasn't good ...slaw had no flavor ...prices are too high... especially when food isn't even good and yes it take so so long to get served!
I am absolutely in love with the $2.00 cheeseburger. Just.in.love. The Mug! What a jewel for a Greenfield- great place, great people, great food!
I'm usually NOT the person to do or say things like this, but my family and I ate there over the weekend, and it was a huge disappointment to us. The service was terrible, no communication at all, along with the food we got served. For example: my moms tenderloin sandwich had 1/4 of a tomato on it, and the root beer taste very odd. For the price you pay, it's not worth it.
Food is fantastic. So far we've had the tenderloin, hotdogs, bacon cheeseburger, and pork burger. All were excellent. The fries are delicious, tho we didn't particularly care for the garlic fries. The ice cream is awesome too. Everything just tastes so fresh and delicious. It can be a bit chaotic at times trying to figure out if you order inside or out, and we've seen some people get upset with the process and when certain items are not available. Please be patient. We waited to try The Mug out after some of the crazy lines died down. It was so worth the wait. Amazing tenderloin and burgers. All three of my kids ate their entire meal. It was that good! Keep up the great job!!
