RecommendedPaula of Mozzarella Company!!!
The cheese making class at the Mozzarella company was a lot of fun and very informative! We got a tour of the facility along with a detailed explanation of the cheese making process, made several different cheeses, and finished the day off by sampling a bunch of Mozzarella company products (with wine included). A few weeks later, we are still making our way through all of the cheese we were able to take home with us. We would definitely recommend the cheese making class and Mozzarella company cheese!
Had a great 9/8/18 learning about cheese and making Mozzarella! So much fun!
Had so much fun learning to make three different cheeses! Also enjoyed the wine and cheese tasting at the end. Staff was fun and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!
