Michelle and team are awesome and if you need results you need to contact her. I was fortunate that I called Michelle after looking at rentals all day, deciding that maybe I should look into buying. Michelle lined up 9 homes to look at with one days notice, we made an offer, it was countered, we accepted, and closed in 24 days! I'm a veteran and she specializes in VA loans, which is an invaluable asset. I not only got the perfect home, but gained a friend as well.
Zach was amazing. We were first time buyers and he was very patient and explained the whole process to us. He picked up really quickly on what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect place for us at the right price. The escrow process went very smoothly and he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. He's got a great sense of humor and a great memory (what we liked and didn't like about specific properties we had looked at, etc.), and has great people skills. We definitely recommend him.
I would recommend Megan and Michelle to anyone. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We had a specific idea of the perfect house so we were that “picky” buyer. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy, they worked with our schedule, and made sure we were informed of all our options. Definitely using them for any future home purchase.
