This was my first time buying a home (condo) and I used my VA Loan. The Mowrey Group, specifically my agent Cari Knowles, are beyond helpful and I never felt uninformed during the complex process of searching for a home and purchasing. They even helped me find a new lender that beat my bank! It also helped that they (Mowrey and my lender) were familiar with the VA Loan. Their use of DocuSign is a godsend as well. Don Mowery was appointed as the Court Expert for the sale of my home. My ex-wife was living in our old home and she would not cooperate. Mr. Mowery was able to navigate through the court process and work with my attorney to get the home sold. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Due to his and my attorney's help I was awarded all the proceeds from the home sale and even got a judgment against my ex-wife.

Zach is not like other realtors, he actually cares about his clients and doesn't treat you like just another dollar sign.
