RecommendedI love that Management is concerned about our safety especially with the winter we are having. This morning I was cleaning the ice off my car and this very nice young man from maintenance named Chance came over with the snowblower and voluntarily cleaned a path to my car door to make it easier for me to get in. He didn't have to do this, he was just that considerate.Thank you Monroe Apartments and thank you Chance.
Recommendedhow should i start...lets see michelle,stacey,sinai,britan,jernae,frank,gumaro,chance,manny,ricardo, are simply all nothing short of amazing and proffesional! i sincerly enjoy living on a property where everyone is friendly and makes my apartment feel like my home. and i absolutely am very proud to live in a community that shows such professionalism and integrity! ive been here 15 years and with these above mentioned running the show i will never leave!!!

RecommendedWe have been living here for almost 2 years in February and it has been a great place to live as it is very safe and a quiet area. The few times we have had to put in a ticket request, they will come out quickly. With the old and new management, we have had no issues. They are renovating many things and I can’t wait to see the new activity center. I feel lucky we have had no issues with neighbors, our only downfall is when our neighbors below us are smoking cigarettes and we have our windows open.
