Worst management I’ve ever had to deal with no one ever responds to you, if you need help or even just to ask a question you have to contact them at least 3 times to get an answer. Charged us with ridiculous fees two months after transferring to a new unit without telling us why or responding at all.

RecommendedMoved in in January and love love the place. Super clean and the neighbors are so nice. Love that is pet friendly and everyone picks up after their dog.

I don’t recommend you because Trinity Property Consultants owns you. Shady practices! Absolutely terrible experience. Car towed during COVID while I was in labor with my daughter cost $600 to get out. Management doesn’t reply to emails and ignores you. Complained multiple times about dog poop and not to mention people smoking in building and nothing being done with me having a newborn in the building. I do not recommend at all.

It was clear there were some cost-cutting on the "renovated" units, but overall it was good. The garbage is taken out frequently and the online system for fixing items in the apartment are good. The gym is kept clean. No real complaints!

We have been very happy living here. maintenance is very attentive and staff friendly. The complex is clean and quiet. Jernae made the move in process very easy.

I have been living in the Monroe Apartment for 2 months now. I have to say this is the best apartment that I have been living. The apartment layout is a good style and it’s comfortable and quiet. And it has a great view of a golf course and a lake. The apartment is completely renovated before we moved in. Jernae and Gloria were really helpful and kind.
