The apartments are freshly remodeled and in top shape along with the amenities in the club house facility. However more importantly this property management staff from Gloria to Ilene, Janae, and Trish all truly care about their tenants. Every interaction I have had has been genuine and I am excited to live here for another year! I am a long time residence at the Monroe. BUT NOW IT SUCK BIG TIME!!! You have to check every morning if your car it still there. the towing company still towing car your even you have a stick on it. They will make anything to make money out of you. You have no choice but pay them, otherwise they"ll charge by day. The worse part is, we live here and pay the rent higher then any other apartment around here and have to deal with this... when this happen the office staff not even call you back to help you out. what a shame...
They already charge high rent and on top of that look for other ways to screw their residents over. Just moved in here last August and it’s safe to say I will NOT be renewing my contract. They do not plow or clean the snow. Every person basically fends for themselves. Avoid this place under all costs!!!!
Its a great place to live in. Had no issue with the management office.
Found just what I needed at a reasonable rate. The staff was courteous and professional.
