Verified Renter I really enjoyed living at The Monroe! I have lived here for 2 years and only have great things to say about this apartment complex. My apartment is spacious and I love the white kitchen cabinets. I feel very safe living here as well. I enjoyed using the pool and there is also a nice walking path directly behind the apartment. The Monroe staff are friendly and helpful when I have had any questions.

Verified Renter Moving to a new city has it challenges, but the Monroe has made my move and living experience better than I could have ever imagined. The staff is amazing, the amenities are always clean and accommodating, and my apartment is the best. I love being able to walk around the belt line and being central to fun activities in the city.
Verified Renter Even after living here for nearly two years, I feel like this is the easiest apartment complex to call home. With great amenities, caring staff, and quality apartments, if I ever have to move my standards will be absurdly high. Thankfully, I dont foresee myself moving any time soon!

Though I pay a little more than I would like in rent, it is worth it to come home to a clean community with friendly staff and a nice walkable area. I enjoy the amenities and have enjoyed spending quarantine in this community.
Best Place to Live! I just moved here a week ago and I could not have been happier about it. The management staff are really great, they are courteous and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable (Judy, Britany, Jessica and Shauna) are doing an exceptional job, keep it up!
