Verified Renter I truly love living here, and I have enjoyed working with the apartment management team. This has been the best apartment living experience I have ever had after living in Atlanta apartments for over 20 years. The maintenance staff is so helpful, and goes beyond to help with anything that comes up. And leasing office team are so pleasant and accommodating to work with. Living here is truly a dream!

Lived here for 3 years and don't want to leave! I moved into the Monroe in July 2019 and haven't even thought about moving once. The location is so ideal being between midtown, west midtown, and Buckhead, and with easy access to I-75 as well as SR400. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, crime has been low (relative to the rest of Atlanta), and the golf course and beltline in what is essentially our back yard comes in clutch when you need to get some fresh air. Verified Renter I really enjoyed living at The Monroe! I have lived here for 2 years and only have great things to say about this apartment complex. My apartment is spacious and I love the white kitchen cabinets. I feel very safe living here as well. I enjoyed using the pool and there is also a nice walking path directly behind the apartment. The Monroe staff are friendly and helpful when I have had any questions.

Verified Renter Moving to a new city has it challenges, but the Monroe has made my move and living experience better than I could have ever imagined. The staff is amazing, the amenities are always clean and accommodating, and my apartment is the best. I love being able to walk around the belt line and being central to fun activities in the city.
Verified Renter Even after living here for nearly two years, I feel like this is the easiest apartment complex to call home. With great amenities, caring staff, and quality apartments, if I ever have to move my standards will be absurdly high. Thankfully, I dont foresee myself moving any time soon!
Verified Renter This has been by far my favorite apartment I have lived in. Though I pay a little more than I would like in rent, it is worth it to come home to a clean community with friendly staff and a nice walkable area. I enjoy the amenities and have enjoyed spending quarantine in this community.
