Each work to meet the needs of residents regardless of the nature of the need. Following an issue, each time I saw Brandon and Otis, they inquired about the issue I had experienced to ensure it was properly corrected. Used to be great, gone down hill with loss of staff members I started renting at the Monroe in 2022 and when I first rented I LOVED living here. Rent was decent for the amenities, the part of town, being near Bobby Jones, the leasing office/maintenance staff were great and helpful. It all went downhill from there. Two members of the staff left, Nate and Jessica (there is another Jessica there now, it is not her obviously). And LeShaun from the maintenance team left as well. Verified Renter I feel like this place use to be worth it for the money (overall communication, appliances working, maintenance, overall apartment events improvements) and now it feels like a super expensive college apartment with no staff really caring or making efforts to be seen (updates to events 2-3 hours before they start; lack of communication/maintenance struggles since LaShun left). Loved the location being minutes from office and within walking distance of shopping, groceries , restaurants and medical services. Love the access to miles of trails in a wooded setting along streams in and around the Bobby Jones Golf complex. Verified Renter Moving to Atlanta, I had heard a lot about how dangerous the Buckhead area is, and was actually looking at apartments for rent in other areas. But the building is simply so beautiful and well done and I found a unit with the most gorgeous long, winding balcony I’ve ever seen.
