the @mirage kicking out all clients without any notice, and not giving our money back. Worst service ever. They don't take care of their customers.
I called The Mirage before driving from Calif (10.5 hours) to be sure, Bill Maher w/play Mar 13, ‘20. (Called Mar 11th, late afternoon). “Oh Yes! He’s never missed a show!” NFW the Mirage did not already know the show would be CXCLD. No more of my hard earned $ !
On arrival our door lock was broken. The repair team was sent up at once but we were transferred to another room instead of waiting. That was wonderful thoughtful customer service.

Mirage is a wonderful place! The big aquarium by the lobby is so beautiful! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Because they would rather grab at money they don’t need than care about their customers. They will not refund me even though March Madness is canceled. Disgusting
The Mirage is one of those 4-star resorts that you question why it isn’t a 5. The interior is beautiful with the tropical theme. The best smelling casino on the strip too! The rooms blew me away, very spacious, and a comfortable interior. My room had a great view of the strip. The cravings breakfast buffet is good, and the price is right. The Diablo Cantina was some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in my life. The casino floor is also very well organized.
