I previously stayed at another mlife property and unfortunately had a very unpleasant trip. I was contacted by one of the properties managers and offered comped nights that they couldn't deliver on. I was is contact with Roni Baro, a supervisor at this property. she made me feel valued and appreciated the fact that I'm a guest at the property. she went above and beyond, even tho I did not get what the other property was offering, she made me a trip I couldn't pass up. the mirage will from here on out be my home in Las Vegas ... read more
