This is my first time to rent the hotel.. but I’m glad we’re here at the mirage excellent place, very large room and comfortable bed, nice people.. I think I will highly recommend Mirage..

Not helpful at all very hard to find anyone to help you out going back to Harrahs
5th year in a row we have went to mirage but completely downhill this year! Called 5-6 times to fix broken tub shower & went to concierge 3 times but no one showed up to fix it. Finally after midnight 2nd night they moved us to a room....funny we paid for volcano strip view king bed but have issues & get moved to 2queens with no view. Then get stuck downstairs & cant go to our room as the keys quit working. Ask to see a manager a few times but still have not seen one! I will never spend another cent at this hotel.
