I never review anything but they lady working at front desk today November 7th around 5:30 pm is RUDE and unprofessional. All the time, this is not the first time I experience this kind of mistreatment from her, we all have bad days but this lady have a bad life in general apparently, how can you be so rude every single day???
The flamboyant boy working the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional! He made a smart comment when I walked past him then after I said something he tried to chase after me! I will be contacting your manger about you!
Excellent hotel staff they exceeded expectations. Views were pretty awesome from the higher levels
The swimming pool and the entire area is closed for 10 days now ! this is ridiculous. close the unsafe area only, not the pool! considering that it's not a very safe area near the building , you feel that you stuck in the apartment like in prison .... poor management decision ! you make residents suffer !
