The staff and Dr. Patil are awesome. Dr. Patil is very patient and kind. She answers all your questions and makes you feel confident after you leave.
Dr Patil is excellent, very thorough and extremely pleasant. The front office is run poorly. I have been coming to this facility for about 10 years and the wait has been annoying at best. Even on a Saturday with an 8:10 appointment, arrived 10 minutes early as instructed and it is now 8:30 and I am still waiting. Have waited over an hour in the past
Dr Rakhi Patil is the Best! Had to change eye Dr's due to insurance changes! She and her entire staff couldn't get any better! And she knows my original Eye Dr! She made me feel so taken care of! Thank You all!
Terrific facility. I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Katz for many years as was my mother and father. Dr. Katz is a great doctor and has a sense of humor. The staff treats you like people and always calls you by your name (some facilities don't). Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but I figure so what because after having your pupils dilated you aren't going anywhere anyhow, except home!! This is one doctor appointment I don't mind making because if you have to visit the eye doctor why not go to a great one!!
I have been a client for many years. I have a rare glaucoma and have been successfully treated by the doctors and technicians. My husband has also had cataract surgery on both eyes and now has perfect vision. They are up to date on all the new technology and treatments. I highly recommend Midwest Center for Sight.
