I have been very happy with my visits with Dr. Mono, and regret that he is retiring. He is excellent, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly.
I would recommend Midwest Center for Sight but I would not recommend Dr. Katz. Dr. Patil is wonderful as is Dr. Mono. My husband had cataract surgery by Dr. Katz and his right eye was 20/20 within a day or two. This is great, right? However, Dr. Katz had horrific follow up and he was taken off his steroid eye drops and his eye swelled and permanent damage was caused to this 20/20 eye.
