We moved into a one bedroom apartment at the Michael from a 3200 sq ft home. Although the apartment is only a tad bit over 700 sq ft, it definitely doesn't feel like it. The high ceilings and large windows make the apartment feel so much more spacious and the apartment is perfectly designed to not waste any space. It is very convenient to be able to enter our apartment from the yard out front (we are on the first floor) or from the hallway. I was worried about parking, but it's never really an issue.
