Corenelius Graham is a snake in the grass! I signed a lease with this place months prior and due to personal family issues I had to cancel the move. I never moved into the apartment! Cornelius threatened to still charge me rent for that month and continuously until the apartment is leased. I’ve canceled move ins before and never had a property act this way towards me. I’m in an entirely different state caring for my family and they could care less! Please go to Quest Apartments instead, they are understanding of life changes... read more

RecommendedThe preparation experience to move in has been a smooth and informative process. To start, I’ve been working with Randi directly from the beginning. She’s checked in with me regularly and been prompt in her care for my needs and questions. This apartment community is the most beautiful community I have been in! Love the stream that flows right in front of the apartment :) I thoroughly enjoy my time in the balcony 😁 with a lovely view of the green trees in the center of the community. Amenities are excellent! So grateful to live here! — at The Michael at Presidio.
So far, I am really happy to be socially isolated and quarantined at the Michael. It could have been much worse and there isn't a much better place to live out a pandemic. Well, maybe at a deserted tropical island but I will take this out of many other options.
Love it here! My apartment is beautiful and huge and a great price!! I can't wait to use the pool! The staff and the manager Jennifer have been so amazing and professional!
