I have lived in an apartment here at the metropolitan Manayunk hill for 10 years. It is a peaceful complex located close to 676, SEPTA bus lines and high speed trains, restaurants, grocery stores, a Target, and some fast food restaurants, among other things. My apartment has a full washer-dryer and the parking lot offers ample parking (with the apartment's permit; guests can park here until 10 pm but there is plenty of on-street parking). My overall experience living at Metropolitan Manayunk has been a pretty good one. I honestly don't have an issue here besides things that come with apartment living like, having to share the laundry room. Sometimes people don't immediately take their items out so that prolongs the wait and it's only two washers and two dryers in my building.
