I have family that relocated from New England to SC. Unfortunately they chose these apartments because they were affordable and newly "renovated". Unfortunately the renovations include painting over toxic black mold. When notified, they felt spraying the mold with bleach would suffice. One of my family members is pregnant and has began experiencing respiratory problems due to the black mold. Please do not let the model unit distract you from the fact that this facility has a huge mold problem. I'll post photos in the comment... read more
To much of a mess. Tried it last year and made them let me go. May be different now but I have friends from college there and they are still not really happy.
Property is amazing! Such a great location and a wonderful staff!
This apartment complex is a joke!! I been in South Carolina since January 2017 and wouldn't recommend this place to no one. I am 5 months pregnant with a bathroom and walk in closet full of mold!! They try to convince me that it wasn't but why does it keep growing back. This place is a rip off and makes South Carolina a bad place to live!! Just get me out of my lease
I just moved in here and it's beautiful � I love the view from my window and my bedrooms are so spacious!
We moved here in March and it's been great! Unfortunately we are moving but it because we don't like it but we are buying a house. And let me say they have worked with us about moving out and when I needed to change the moved out date due to closing issues it wasn't a problem! Love the new staff they are all great I really hate to leave but I will for sure recommend them to all my friends!
