You’d think that an apartment complex would have their emergency maintenance number listed somewhere. But nope. Everywhere on their website, the resident portal, our lease, etc. says to contact the emergency maintenance line in case of an emergency. Well it’s four in the morning, the main water pipe in our apartment just burst, and even the Greenville County dispatch can’t get a hold of anyone. We took our tour with Makena who didn’t have to spend long convincing us that this is our next home. The community is beautiful but even the greenery can’t compare to the inside of these apartments. With hardwood floors, actual granite countertops, and fireplaces Metropolitan Greenville has everything I’m looking for.

If you go to tour the apartments, ask for Makena! She was great to work with and explained everything very clearly. The renovations that have been done on the apartments make them very appealing. Should be a great place to live!
