Love love love my new community! They fix problems so quick. Maintenance came and fixed everything and even look around to see any other problems that I️ didn’t see. They were very friendly and respectful. The office staff is also a plus they are so friendly and made us feel at home even before we moved in. They have great offers going on that people shouldn’t miss out on. Couldn’t ask for it to be better!
Sarah was so very helpful, professional and personable. She jumped through hoops and over hurdles to take care of me! Im truly Greatful!!! THANK YOU!!!

I moved in a couple days ago SIGHT UNSEEN from halfway across the country. The remodeled apartment is very nice and neighbors have been quiet. Staff is friendly, incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and resolved issues quickly. Issues consisted of contacting the furniture rental company for me about switching out the bed I’m renting and some minor electrical issues. The maintenance staff was very responsive. I’m almost a week here and I’m very happy.
I moved here in March , I had many issues with my tub that weren't fixed until the new property Manager Dominique was aware . She is awesome and very caring and makes sure the job gets done. Haven't had an issue ever since we got new management!
I am planing to move to sc in a few months and was looking into your property. Needless to say after seeing a live video of one of you apt that won't be happen. You have a black mold issue in your complex.which can complicate my breathing issues.and the safety of my small children. This kind of slum lord behavior is truly shameful.clean up your act.
