BAD SMELL...Ive been having a great experience since my move besides the continous loud noise and really harsh smell that seems to be coning from #306. I reported to leasing and it is still going on. Its now becoming hard to deal with. Hopefully someone does a wellness check. They also did not salt the driveway in time for the snow. Besides that it is comfortable and leasing cares.
Marcus told me helpful information about my voucher being the guarantor. He knows his stuff and was nothing but helpful and follows through with his work ethics it seems because he told me he'd call me back and I trust him. They have a dog park on site and he even went as far as telling me that the available apartments by the park are available and what floor. I have a lot of qualifying questions and he didn't sweat it.
