Mess up prescriptions every single month. wrong amounts, wrong dose size, lost prescriptions. just an absolute waste of time would never recommend this place to anybody!!!
I’m the type of person that does not like to giving my money to big business and that was one of the main factors of switching my prescriptions to The Medicine Shoppe I started out paying $15 for one of my prescriptions and just went to pick it up and they were trying to charge me $45! Nothing has changed the dosage, the amount, the brand name. I can't recommend the Medicine Shoppe enough! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have had issues before with insurance and they were so happy to help figure out a solution.
The Medicine Shoppe In Mt Vernon is the best pharmacy we have ever used. They are always so helpful, especially today. Thank you for all you do for your customers! All employees go above and beyond. A special shout out to Sherry today for her help!
Recommendedare you kidding, we have went to Med shop for almost 30 yrs now...I wouldnt go anywhere else...Eric and all the others know your name as soon as you walk in..they go above and beyond to help you, they even mail my meds to me if i go to south Carolina to my daughters...They will help in any way possible...I highly recommend these guys..

I want to give a big thanks to the employees at The Medicine Shoppe for their superior customer service. I’m there weekly for oxygen tanks. Melaina or Olivia one is always with me to help, so that I don’t have to get out of the car. Today when we went, I had three employees helping Mae unload and then load my tanks back into my car. Jessica and Crystal went above and beyond making sure my hubby had a new CPAP machine (his 14 yrs old model had seen better days & it is now a back up in case needed) a few days before the clock struck 12 on 2018, with a deductible finally met. I never knew how quiet and sleek the new model could be, til now. Thank you, thank you.
Eric Black went above and beyond today! We were having issues with our Insurance covering a certain medication. He called my physician & they discussed alternative options. Eric then verified which medicines were covered by our insurance so that we could make an informed decision. I appreciate his efforts so much! He saved me a ton of headache and time.
