At the Meating Place BBQ & Bakery, we believe barbecue is at its best when all of the powerful flavors combine and harmonize. This is hands-down my favorite place to get bbq in the Tomball area. The food is so delicious & the staff is kind and welcoming to you. They also are a restaurant that cares about their employees and their customers. The brisket is so delicious with a mouth-watering bark and the ribs just fall off the bone. It is definitely somewhere to try if you are in the area.
First and foremost my family LOVES to eat here but, I have to say as a wedding coordinator, having the meating place catered dinner was truly an exceptional experience. Not only did all of the guests and vendors enjoy the food immensely, the staff is some of the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. If you want barbecue at your wedding, event or even just to have for dinner this is the place to go. thank you Samantha for everything I cannot wait to work with you again!
We were at the Montgomery store, which is right down in Historic Montgomery next to The Whitley Winery. It was clean and neat. Everyone was very polite. The food was very good. Good coleslaw, great BBQ sauce. Just a very relaxing experience. We are sure to go back!!

The slaw is the best I've ever eaten. Good meat great beans
the worst bbq sandwich i have ever had and the coleslaw was pure vinegar and how do you mess up potato salad...well you let them make it! on top of that cost me an fortune for 2 sandwiches!
