At the Meating Place BBQ & Bakery, we believe barbecue is at its best when all of the powerful flavors combine and harmonize. We match the right cut of meat with the right rub, wood, smoke, and sauce and cook to perfection in our patented 360 Smoker - that we've built ourselves.

I went for breakfast with my aunt and son. I had a big breakfast burrito and it was absolutely delicious! Aside from the food being amazing, my favorite part of the meal was the fact that masks were not required by customers or staff. It was wonderful to experience and feel normal again! I highly recommend it! 😁👍

Best BBQ in town, great service! Food is amazing as always. They do breakfast, 6am!!! Stop by and start your day right! Everything on the menu has a unique taste! Can’t go wrong!

Just had dinner here tonight. Great food and service! Can’t wait to go back and try something different next time! My daughter loved the fries! Thank you again for a wonderful meal.
We frequented the Meating Place at their old location. We also placed several BBQ catering orders for our wedding and family reunions. Always FANTASTIC BBQ. Saturday we visited them at their new location and talk about a pleasant surprise!! We were cheerfully greeted as we walked in. The new place has a new rustic decor. We had breakfast (which is new on their menu). The portions were large and very delicious!!! Cannot wait to return and check out their lunch and dinner offerings!!!
In these times of a pandemic, the wait staff was not wearing masks & there was no social distancing. Since I’m the lifeline for an 86 yo mother whose husband just recently passed away, I could not take any chances and had to leave.
