At the Meating Place BBQ & Bakery, we believe barbecue is at its best when all of the powerful flavors combine and harmonize. We match the right cut of meat with the right rub, wood, smoke, and sauce and cook to perfection in our patented 360 Smoker - that we've built ourselves.

From the fantastic food to the homemade barbecue sauce to the hilarious and generous owner, you can’t beat this place. Small town friendly atmosphere and just an all around fun place to be.

Tried the chopped beef sandwich today. It was delicious! We were given samples of the jalapeño sausage and fall off the bone ribs. Both great! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good bbq.

This place was awesome! The pulled pork sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. All 3 of us that are there were super happy with our food! The owner is super friendly and really fun to chat with! I will be back for sure!

First time here and loved it! Staff was friendly and attentive and food was awesome! Definitely going back for their 1904 sandwich! The best of a grilled cheese sandwich filled with super tender and flavorful brisket! Ribs, pulled pork, turkey, and jalapeño sausage were all delicious. And we can't leave out mentioning their green beans are sooo good! To full to try their pies, so next time for sure! We'll def be back! Thanks!
