I am absolutely sick and tired of dealing with the office. Any time I have to do anything, renew my contract, bring in my proof of insurance, ask any question at all, it becomes the biggest pain. My boyfriend and I recently (June 13th) moved out of the Reveal on Cumberland in Fishers, IN and made sure to follow proper apartment cleaning protocol. For our record keeping, I made sure to record an in depth video of the entire apartment upon leaving. We had a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with carpet only in the bedroom/closet area. A few weeks after we had moved out, we only received $49 back from our $200 deposit. When I had emailed the complex/management on why, they accused us of having carpet damage. So, I ask... read more
