We have been renting at this property for almost a year. We pay rent on time and pretty much stay to ourselves. In the short time that we've lived there, we've had two neighbors that made noise constantly. I've complained, called the police etc.... the leading office has made us feel as if we're the problem. When I moved in, one of the girls knew my husband wasn't on the lease, but all of a sudden, they pulled my file after I called the police last night and asked "why he wasn't on the lease?". Ridge Crossings in Hoover, AL is a terrible place and not worth the money. I feel like everyone should know what they are getting into. I lived there for 3 years, which was 3 years too long. Roaches, Spiders, Centipedes, you name it. They claimed they sprayed, but they would only call the exterminator if you complained so it had to become a regular call to make.
