Going Downhill 5 years ago The Meadows was a great place to live. Nowadays maintenance and the overall sense of community is at an all-time low since Lincoln Properties took over. Rent has skyrocketed and amenities are disappearing. Somehow they have found a way to jack up prices ($700 increase over 5 years) yet attract sketchier people!! Really, just say no to creeps. Perhaps it's no better than other communities in the area, but truly I'd suggest going the private route unless you want your rent to increase $200 every year... read more
