Going Downhill 5 years ago The Meadows was a great place to live. Nowadays maintenance and the overall sense of community is at an all-time low since Lincoln Properties took over. Rent has skyrocketed and amenities are disappearing. Somehow they have found a way to jack up prices ($700 increase over 5 years) yet attract sketchier people!! Really, just say no to creeps. Perhaps it's no better than other communities in the area, but truly I'd suggest going the private route unless you want your rent to increase $200 every year... read more

the meadows Chelmsford the meadows is great for a single family without children but the apartments are quite small and after 6 pm there is no onsite maint or management and on sundays they are not here at all this can pose an issue at times other than that it has a lot of good things too the pool the gym and located close to rte 3 and 495
