Verified Renter Just moved in about three months ago. Decent place with nice residents. Lease office is up to task. Haven't had any issues for now. My only issue is the walk score around the apartment is low. Not a place to go for a long walk.

Verified Renter Beautiful place. Haven’t been here long enough to develop friends (48hours) but it’s bound to happen! The staff here are super nice and accommodating. They go out of they’re to make sure you are smiling.
Drafty windows and doors I live on the first floors (only floors with flooring instead of carpeting in the living room); however, the first floor is very cold compared to the third floor. The insulation in our unit is awful - you can feel the cold draft, especially when wind is blowing against the window. My clear vinyl on the window still inflates and deflates as the wind blows/moves, no matter how tight I tried to tape it. In my building... (Verified Renter) In my building there is a strong smell of marijuana EVERY time I go in and out of the building. AT least one resident is continuously smoking this stuff! It is a very unpleasant smell on the corridor. In addition, it is sad that this person or persons fry their brains continuously like that!
Office staff is... (Verified Renter) Office staff is friendly, apartment itself is very nice/about the going price for a two-bedroom in this area, and plenty of on-site parking which is great. Have also been very happy with the snow removal so far!
