The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is helpful and friendly, the lease and the expenditure process is clear and concise, the tenants are also respectful of their neighbors. The gym is a big plus for me.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff and maintenance staff at the meadows are exceptional, but I have no other reason to recommend this apartment community. Apartment finishes for "renovated" apartments are extraordinarily cheap. I would expect much better from Lincoln.

Your newest person, Randy is wonderful, not to say that Craig isn't wonderful because he is. You have a top-notch maintenance department. They are just so great to deal with. They are very wonderful guys.
Both me and... (Verified Renter) Both me and my wife like it here and appreciate all the amenities. The staff is very responsive and professional. About the only derogatory remark we have is the laundry facilities don't work that well..but understand this machinery is being upgraded.
