It's a pretty... (Verified Renter) It's a pretty good place to live . Just little things with the neighbors like not changing over the laundry for over an hour, neighbors being loud , rude- the cops are consistently called here for various complaints , people parking in handicapped spots when they are not , people abandoning cars and taking up spots, people not picking up after their dogs . The staff is great and the apartments themselves are decent , it's just the neighbors and some of them are just terrible .

The office staff and maintenance crews are great and the community is very nice. All of the common facilities are clean, especially the laundry room. This city seems to be very safe and I have never felt uncomfortable once while living in this apartment community.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff and maintenance staff at the meadows are exceptional, but I have no other reason to recommend this apartment community. Apartment finishes for "renovated" apartments are extraordinarily cheap. I would expect much better from Lincoln.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend a person to rent here because of how wonderful the office is to people. Your newest person, Randy is wonderful, not to say that Craig isn't wonderful because he is. You have a top-notch maintenance department. They are just so great to deal with. They are very wonderful guys.
