Nick was a godsend. After working with other real estate agents who were very pleasant but did not know the area well, we found a few houses we were interested in but were unable to close a decent deal. Nick was amazing. He knew the area very well, showed us some amazing homes at good deals, negotiated an even better deal, and now we are, hopefully, in our forever home. And on top of all that, Nick was just fun to work with. We cannot recommend him more highly.

We were able to buy our beautiful mid-century ranch style home specifically because we used Renata.
