I had a very unique house and was in a very precocious situation. I was in the process of adding 3 stories, 3600 sq ft to a 1326 sq ft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bath single level house on stilts. I got my construction up to most of the framing and maybe 40% done. So the house was not showing pretty. I got myself in a bad situation. My contractor and I had a dispute. David is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. He made us very comfortable from beginning to end of the entire process. There were some unexpected situations, but this didn't make us hopeless instead hopeful that the home we will end up getting is the one really meant for us.
