Superb group of people to work with...the FB boosting and video this group did for our home made it sell in 7 days! Nancy Parkes handled the selling of our former home as well as buying the new one. She worked hard to make sure both closings were on the same day! As stressful as moving is....she made it as easy as possible.
We have used Evan and Virginia to buy two homes and to sell one. Each time they exceed our expectations. Yes, they are family, but my wife works in commercial real estate and would not work with just anybody. Given my wife's background, we had high expectations on how to execute our transactions, and I repeat, the Matteson Group impressed us with their expertise, savviness, and flexibility.
