It was a joy working with Richard Matteson to find our new home. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to take care of us. Our schedule required flexibility; Richard never once balked, often working well into the night for us. When we needed a reference for anything to do with this purchase (mortgage providers, carpet cleaners, painters, etc.), he was able to give us several vetted options.
