Based on my experience, Matt Ward Real Estate in Brentwood, TN has been nothing short of a disaster. The entire group came across as manipulative, deceiving, and far more interested in benefiting themselves than actually supporting their client. Once the paperwork was signed, it felt like their true colors showed—and none of them were good. Travis is extremely knowledgeable and very diligent. He offers regular updates, and continuously checks in to see if there are any areas he can help with. I highly recommend Travis for any purchase or sale of real estate. Truly a joy a to work with and makes the whole process very easy.
