Based on my experience, Matt Ward Real Estate in Brentwood, TN has been nothing short of a disaster. The entire group came across as manipulative, deceiving, and far more interested in benefiting themselves than actually supporting their client. Once the paperwork was signed, it felt like their true colors showed—and none of them were good.
