The Matt and Molly team helped my parents sell their home in Marshall, so when we were looking for a second home in Asheville we reached out and were put in touch with Dana. I happened to have met Josh right at the time I was ready to sell my vacant lot in North Henderson County. I had held onto the lot for ten years, having purchased it just prior to the crash of 2008 or so. Josh was able to recover my investment in the lot. He was able to get full price for the lot. I've worked with many realtors and Josh by far is the best! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very responsive and helped resolve issues right away.
