I would totally recommend using the Matt and Molly team. We were from New Jersey and literally bought a house unseen. Our realtor, Francine Edwards was remarkable. She went and face timed with us many houses we thought we would like until we found the perfect house and then drove 12 hours to see it and bought it on the spot. This is the second house we have sold with the Matt and Molly team. We could not be more satisfied. 4 is our magic number as both houses sold in 4 days! The professionalism of the entire team cannot be beat. I will not go to anyone else whether buying or selling in Western North Carolina. Highly recommended.

Josh and Allie were absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve bought and sold a few houses and this was by far the best experience. Our house closed less than 40 days after listing and Josh and Allie were both extremely responsive and always held our best interest as their number one priority throughout the process . I would highly recommend them.
