This is my second experience working with The Matt and Molly Team. They helped me buy my first house and just helped me sell it. And I am working with them to buy another house. Amy Pointer is our Realtor as long as we stay in this area. She and her team are easy to reach and easy to talk to during the whole process. Super supportive and can't say enough good things about working with them.

We worked with Molly and her team, Susan and Katie, to buy our first home! They were absolutely amazing! They directed us through the home buying process seamlessly and worked with our loan officer to make sure we stayed on top of everything. They quickly answered all of our many questions with immense knowledge. They also went out of their way to provide references for companies and contractors for projects we want to start. We highly recommend using them if you are trying to buy or sell a home.

The Matt and Molly team are rock stars. Their response times are scary fast. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, and answered many of them before I asked. At no point did I feel pushed or pressured. They know the area well and have been great shepherds for me as a first time home buyer. This being the first time that we'd ever sold a home, not only were the Matt and Molly team professional, but they were kind and understanding of our needs. They walked us through the entire process from start to finish, and if we had any questions we were able to contact them and they always responded to our questions within anywhere from just a few minutes to at most a couple of hours. It truly was a pleasure working with Molly, Katie and Susan. This is the third time I worked with the Matt and Molly team in Asheville, but this was first for a home sale. Matt and his team were very responsive and once the house was under contract everything went relatively smooth.
