After living in Dubai for ten years and experiencing many excellent massage centers, my first massage in Canada with Helen was truly on par with the best. I came in with persistent lower and upper back pain and stiffness—what she accurately described as 'hard as a rock' muscles. Following the hour-long session, I left feeling significantly more relaxed. Crucially, I had a great night's sleep and woke up with zero stiffness. For anyone with a desk job, I strongly recommend a visit every 2–3 months.
Had my first ever appointment at this clinic for an RMT massage with Helen and it was the very best massage I've ever had! Loved her technique and still feeling the relaxing effects at bedtime. She addressed a lot of my concerns and knew how to treat my multitude of body aches. The room was comforting and a big bonus - they were able to submit my insurance claim directly. Looking forward to my next visit!
