just plain spectacular I did my homework when searching my apartment and I can tell you that (in my opinion) the apartments at The Martin makes the top 3 list in all of Seattle. Why you ask? Well first off they have just about the largest floor plans with huge square footage. No wonky wall shapes or big cement pillars in the middle of a room (which I found a lot!). Love The Martin I have lived here for just about 2 years and recently upgraded to a larger apartment here. I just love the finishes in my apartment and all my friends are in awe! Cool spaces for hanging out and awesome pet area for my four-legged child. Love the location and how nice and accommodating the maintenance and office staff are. They make me want to stay here forever!
